Greenlight offers countrywide deliveries, door-to-door.
Shipping Options:
- For orders above R400, delivery is free within the borders of South Africa.
- Orders below R400 will cost R75 (inclusive of VAT) for delivery within the borders of South Africa
- Please contact us for delivery costs for orders outside of South Africa
On check-out, the options available to you, based on your order, will be shown.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number as well as a link to the relevant website where you can track your order.
Where is our shop?
Greenlight is in Fish Hoek, Cape Town, but because of our online presence, we can assist any client throughout South Africa.
Delivery Periods
At Greenlight, we do everything possible to pack your order and dispatch it as soon as possible.
For customers choosing the EFT payment option, your order is only packed once the monies reflect in our bank account.
The average delivery times are as follows:
Cape Town Area – 2 to 3 working days
Main Centres – 2 to 5 working days
Regional Areas – 3 to 7 working days
Remote Areas – 5 to 10 working days
